Positive news is that next week we begin our annual winter challenge! Perfect timing as we come out of iso and the restrictions begin ease around group training, and with unlimited classes available, it’s a great opportunity to become a little more committed to your health this winter.

Read MoreThe month of May bootcamp has come to an end G-Trainers! May was a non-fitness testing month however we were well and truly tested by the weather this past week. Don’t forget that class is on rain, hail or shine and only in cases of lightning do we postpone a session. Always head to the usual spot if there’s rain and we will direct from there.
Read MoreThis week we completed our Fitness Testing and even though some of you don’t “enjoy” these sessions, it allows you and I, along with the other trainers to see the results from all of the hard work you’ve put in during class. We recorded some epic improvements for both the Circuit Test and Beep Test with an honourable mention going to David Sitsky for setting a new G-Train Record in the Beep Test: 15.9! Truly impressive. Congratulations to everyone on their results.
