Hello G-Trainers!
How good was the weather this weekend? We're excited for the arrival of warmer weather, I hope you took the opportunity to get outside and enjoy the sunshine. A big thanks to everyone for being so understanding of the additional steps required at the end of each session with cleaning down the used equipment. Please feel free to help yourself to the wipes and sanitiser at any time.
G-Train Winter Wrap Up
To demonstrate how impressed we are with the winter fitness test results, for the month of September you won’t have to complete 100 burpees, 200 push ups, 300 squats and a 3.2km run, in a single session.
Jokes aside, we know it wasn’t an enjoyable fitness test and we’re extremely proud of the epic results achieved. Special mentions to Toddy, Emily and Deb who all improved over 4 minutes from their original test at the beginning of winter. Amazing work guys and to everyone who completed the fitness testing. If you missed out, I’d be happy to do it with you.
September Bootcamp
The blossoms are blooming, and spring has sprung, so if you found it difficult to exercise through winter, let’s get that spring back in your step this September. The September Bootcamp is a 4-week block that runs from the 31^st August through to 27^th September and there are no changes to the current timetable. The 7:15am and 5:00pm class will be continuing for 2020.

$150/month for unlimited sessions
$120/month for three sessions a week
