Hello G-Trainers & Bootycampers!
The month of May bootcamp has come to an end G-Trainers! May was a non-fitness testing month however we were well and truly tested by the weather this past week. Don’t forget that class is on rain, hail or shine and only in cases of lightning do we postpone a session. Always head to the usual spot if there’s rain and we will direct from there.
May was a big month for our G-Trainers with several debuts in the 10km and half marathons taking place around the nation’s capital. Although running isn’t everyone’s favourite, it’s great to see so many G-Trainers pushing their comfort zone with the extra distance.
A special mention this month for Deb in the morning class who celebrates her 250^th ParkRun this weekend. Yes, you read that correctly, 250 ParkRuns… If you’re keen to see what ParkRun is about, get along to Ginninderra ParkRun this Saturday morning to join the guys in celebrating Deb’s massive achievement. Congrats Deb!
Winter Warmer
Keep warm this winter with G-Train Health & Fitness’s unlimited bootcamp sessions for $300! Starting on the 3^rd of June and running until the 30^th of August, we’re here to make sure you smash your winter goals and keep on track throughout the cooler months. Click here to secure your spot!

If you need that extra push through winter, anyone who’s signed up for the winter block can purchase 1-on-1 PT sessions to for only $50. If there’s a particular area of your training that you’d like to improve, from running to core strength, PT sessions are a great way to isolate, target and improve your specific goal, no matter what it is.
Working out in winter
Now that the cool weather has arrived, it’s time to discuss the essentials;
#1 Gloves. You’ll thank me later. We always carry several spare pairs in the van too.
#2 Layers. Pants, Jumpers and Jackets. Layer up G-Trainers, layer up.
#3 Hydration. Even though the weather is cooler, hydration is still as import as the warmer weather. Don’t forget your drink bottles guys!
