Coronavirus Update
Hello G-Trainers!
I’d like to open with saying huge thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the messages and support we’ve received from you guys as we move into the unknown.
We’re exploring our way through this transition and we’re extremely grateful for your understanding, patience and flexibility at this time.
The plan moving forward...
With the new restrictions in place, exercise outdoors of more than two people is on the naughty list. To maintain requirements, we’re going to be conducting 1 on 1 PT sessions with everyone once a week. Keeping healthy, both physically and mentally will be extremely vital through this period and we want to do our part to make sure we’re all sane on the other side.
We’ve created a private group on Facebook which we will live stream too as well as Zoom. Click on the links to join and/or check for invites.
The available PT session times are below:
Monday - Friday
AM 5:15, 6:15, 7:15, 9:00 & 10am
PM 3:00, 4:00, 5:00, 6:00 & 7:00pm
Saturday
8:00 & 9am
The 6:15am & 6:00pm sessions will be live streamed to the Facebook “Rona Sessions” group and Zoom, so please keep this in mind if you’re choosing these PT times.
The daily session will be added to the “Rona Sessions” group each morning before the first PT. If you don’t have access to Facebook, please let me know ASAP.
Those that are still working will have preference on session time later compared to those working from home and have the flexibility.
Additional PT sessions are available.
Please send through suitable times and days for this week and for next week and If you’re flexible to train whenever, please let me know. We're working with our program provider to allow everyone to book their own sessions. Will update when we have some progress.
