Hello G-Trainers!
Welcome to winter.
Positive news is that next week we begin our annual winter challenge! Perfect timing as we come out of iso and the restrictions begin ease around group training, and with unlimited classes available, it’s a great opportunity to become a little more committed to your health this winter.
Starting on Monday, 1 June and running to the 29 August, you can attend unlimited classes for $330.
We want you to be committed to making a difference this winter and we find that setting a goal always helps keep us on track. My first goal for you will be testing on Monday and Tuesday (modified class times on Monday). My second goal for you will be your attendance. Although life is a little “different” at the moment, you should always try and find the time to exercise, and with more classes available, there’s more opportunities for you to exercise and for those of you interested in a third goal, there’s a track at Mt Ainslie that will definitely push your limits in a time trial.
