With summer rapidly approaching, it’s time to turn your training dial up with unlimited bootcamp classes for the remainder of 2020! Incorporating a variety of strength, cardio and resistance mixed with flexibility and mobility movements to give you the ultimate opportunity to improve your health and fitness heading into summer! Finish the year with a bang, with unlimited bootcamp for the rest of 2020!
Saturday's are for the Trails
If you're looking to add in some extra running, join us on Saturday mornings at 8am for a couple of km's at one of Canberra's various reserves and mountains. Every week is a new location and a great way to see the bush capital as you huff and puff your way up some of our great climbs. This week, we're heading out the National Arboretum.
