G-Train 2020 Challenge
Hello G-Trainers!
What a year January was… 2020 is well and truly underway! With the disruptions of hail and dust storms, bushfires and the lingering hazardous air quality, many of us have not had the idyllic start to 2020 that we’d been hoping for. Despite the unfavorable weather conditions thus far, we're excited to be back training as G-Train Health & Fitness moves ahead into our 12th year of being Canberra's premier outdoor Bootcamp! We can't wait to see you all as the year begins to return to some form of normality. G-Train 2020 Challenge To help get your fitness goals for 2020 back on track, next week, our G-Train 2020 Challenge kicks off, with Unlimited Bootcamp until May 1st! (Technically the challenge started this week however I didn’t want you guys to realise you completed testing on Monday). Over the coming weeks, we’re going to adding a few additional classes to the weekly timetable, including a lunchtime running group and a “train with the trainer” in the afternoon/evening.
The weekly class timetable is posted to the Instagram story daily and weekly to the Facebook page. Make sure you’re following both platforms for updates, tips and our epic photography skills…
Welcome Nat
If you’ve had the pleasure of meeting Nat, no doubt your body has hated you for the following days, and on that note, we would also love to welcome Nat to the G-Train family. Nat joins the family after completing a mentorship program under G-Train founder, Gav. It’s clear to see Nat’s passion for health and fitness bursting through her personality whenever she’s taking class.
