Lake Burley Grifin Bootcamps:
Bootcamp is an exciting exercise program that combines the expertise of a one-on-one workout with the motivation and comradeship of a group workout environment.
Each and every bootcamp session is different from the last and includes a variety of resistance, strength, cardio, boxing, HIIT and flexibility. As a bonus - your bootcamp membership also entitles yo to join our Saturday social trail runs which have become a great local tradition (and include the odd coffee afterwards from time to time).
All bootcamp sessions take place outdoors around Lake Burley Griffin as Canberra is too beautiful to train indoors. Training outside creates a balance between the exercise and the environment and with a small group - you get the attention to ensure you maintain your form, learn new exercises and explore new ways to work out in Canberra. We have spots undercover when it rains, and plenty of natural and built environments to mix it up every day.
